“I started Mama Moss during Lockdown 2020. It felt like a natural move as I began to take my own personal health even more seriously. I noticed there was a rising demand for alternative health products and I began supplying seamoss, locally in Manchester. By our second month in business, I accidentally began trading to international customers by listing my products available outside of the UK. By the end of the third month, I had fulfilled orders in U.S.A, Austrailia, France & Norway. I began to build up momentum and was seeking opportunities the whole time, I was lucky enough to receive funding from Santander to help me with the initial stages of my business.
