1. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add blueberries and honey and stir (berries will begin to soften and juice)
3. Once berries start to fall apart, add chia seeds and stir well. (The chia seeds help the jam to gel but also provide nutrition including fibre, protein and healthy Omega-2 fats).
4. Allow the mixture to come to a mild boil, stirring continually. (You can use a fork/masher to break up the blueberries, if needed)
5. Continue stirring the mixture on a low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until a gel – like consistency is reached.
6. Remove the pan from heat and stir in Mama Moss gel.
7. Pour jam into a large, glass jar.
8. Cover and allow to cool at room temperature for 30 mins before refrigerating for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
