- Sprinkle raw cashews with sea salt, toss and roast at 160°c for 15-20mins.
- Add cashews to a food processor and blend. It starts off crumbly, but later clumps together and stick to the sides.
- Stop the process to scrape down the sides, then continue.
- While the machine is running, pour in melted oil.
- Continue processing until you reach a smooth, creamy, butter consistency
