1. Blend together your favourite fruits & 1tsp of Seamoss Gel per serving.
Works well with – Strawberry / banana / watermelon. They can also be mixed.
2. Pour into ice lolly moulds / ice cube tray.
3. Cover with a lid or strong food bag/film.
Can be stored in the freezer for up to 2-3 weeks.
