1.Blend 1/4 watermelon with 2tbsp of seamoss to create a liquid blend.
(You can add seeds, other fruit or things like honey to sweeten the dish).
2.Pour the mixture into small glasses
(shot glasses work well).
3.Put into the freezer for 10 mins.
4. Important! Remove lollies and add the lolly stick.
5.Place back in the freezer and allow at least 4 hours for freezing.
